Challenge.
The splitting of a small villa in Montecatini Terme to create two units.
The apartment of a young couple is just 80 square meters on two levels, but the perception is that of much larger spaces.
The classic lines of this intervention characterized by the choice of French oak flooring are broken by the linearity of the open kitchen and the wenge staircase, a material also reproposed in the island and combined with calacatta marble.
The two breaking elements together with the small bathroom on the ground floor counterbalance the sinuous and classic living room and bathroom furnishings and the large square table in solid arte povera, excellently restored.
